Shipping & Returns

Important Update: For those of you who have been reading our weekly emails you already know that we are in the process of moving to our new location. Our phones and internet will be shutting down Tuesday August 6th with the move begining on August 7th. We hope to be up and running again by August 12th.Please be patient and we will begin shipping as soon as possible.

PAYMENT - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, & PayPal accepted. All orders are verified through PayPal's secured server. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay via Credit Card, the PayPal server is used only as a verification process. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared by PayPal.


ORDERS - Orders are processed in the order in which we receive them. All orders are processed securely via PayPal secured checkout. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 days of placing the order. (Depending on what the items are)
Ceramic masks, hand painted masks, and any other fragile items may take up to 5-7 days before shipping. ) This is so that fragile items can be wrapped and shipped. Please allow at least 2 weeks advance when placing orders with ceramic masks.

Items may also ship from different warehouses. If items ship from different warehouses you may receive them at different times. You should receive an email with all the tracking numbers for each order. If you do not please contact us. Any orders placed on Thursday after 12pm (CST) may not be processed until the following Monday. If e-check method is chose, no items will be shipped until the e-check has cleared. If any adjustments need to be made to the original invoice total a confirmation e-mail will me sent to you for verification. Voodoo-King.com is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit. All responsibility is released from Voodoo-King.com once the item has been shipped.

ADDRESS INFORMATION - Please make sure all information is correct before submitting order. There will be an additional fee place on orders that are submitted with any incorrect address information. The shipping provider charges us each time an address has to be changed or corrected. So please take the time and review all the information for any errors before completing the order.


RETURN/EXCHANGE - All Sales are final. Please note: All sales are final on costumes and hats as well. Customer is responsible for giving a correct address for shipment. If an undeliverable address is giving during checkout and item is returned to Voodoo-King, there will be additional shipping charges applied to re-ship the item.
There will be no refunds of shipping charges.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: We aim to make our customers happy and make every effort to ensure that the products that you order arrive to you in excellent condition. If any merchandise arrives damaged or broken, We will replace it once it has been shipped back to us. We advise to purchase Delivery Confirmation and insurance. Postage charges for returning the item are borne by the buyer. (Customer is responsible for return postage) Shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed. If an item breaks in transit Voodoo-King.com is not responsible for this. All merchandise should be returned within 10 days of the mailing date in its original packaging and with invoice. Damage items are not eligible for refunds. Any broken items will be replaced with the same item(s) or one compatible to it. All damaged items must have a claim flied within 90 days. If the claim is not done within the 90 days, we can not refund or ship out replacements once the 90 days have elapsed. Voodoo-King is not responsible if claims are not made within this time frame.
